One enquiry form and its field definitions, by slug.

Returns id, organisation_id, name, slug and fields[] — id and organisation_id were added in the August 2026 contract pass.

Use this before POST /enquiries: field names in the create payload are matched against this form’s fields, and anything not defined here is silently dropped.

To discover the slugs in the first place, call GET /enquiry-forms (the list endpoint).

Success is HTTP 201, not 200. Responses are cached and carry cache headers.
