One food menu item, by slug or numeric id.

The identifier is resolved as an id only when it is actually an integer; a non-integer is treated as a slug and never reaches the id lookup. A slug that does not exist returns 404.

Returns the same shape as the list endpoint. Remember default_price is in dollars, not cents.

Scoped to the caller’s own menu — an organisation key sees its organisation’s items, a tribe key its parent organisation’s.

Success is HTTP 201, not 200. Responses are cached and carry cache headers.
