Creates the article, or updates the one with the same slug. Needs a key with Website Content: Read and Write (website-content:write).

The body and rules are the same as Create Article. Sending an identical payload again writes nothing: no duplicate, the id is kept and updated_at does not change, so a migration can be re-run safely.

An article that was deleted in Gorilla Dash comes back as Published unless you send a status. A slug used only by a tribe’s own copy of an article returns 422.
