Get Tribe List

View as Markdown

Paginated list of the organisation’s tribes — the store-locator feed most client websites are built on. A tribe key returns only itself.

status decides which tribes you get, and the default is not “all”:

statusReturns
(omitted)Active + Opening Soon — the default
launchActive + Opening Soon (same as the default, stated explicitly)
allActive + Opening Soon + Testing
opening soonOpening Soon only
anything elseActive only

Ordering — newest first (created_at descending).

Page size — results_per_page defaults to 5 and is clamped, not rejected, at 1000. Client WordPress integrations routinely send 99999 to pull every location; that keeps working and simply returns at most 1000 per page.

Each tribe returns id, organisation_id, global_id, name, slug, status, the full address plus latitude / longitude, main_telephone, the call-tracking numbers (paid_number / paid_number_e164, organic_number / organic_number_e164), website_number_swap_enabled, opening_hours_array and square_url. Note there is no created_at / updated_at on this payload, so it cannot be polled with updated_after.

website_number_swap_enabled is the effective flag — since August 2026 it combines the tribe’s own setting with the organisation-wide number-swap master switch, so a tribe with the toggle on still reports false when the organisation has switched swapping off.
